Transfer of undertakings that fall within the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (“TUPE”). Trained to CIPD standard, with multi-sector, first-hand HR experience of in- and outsourcing, generation of due diligence data and post-TUPE harmonisation.
Training needs analysis based on required business competencies and behaviours. Also compiling and delivering inspiring, interactive and impactful sessions for line managers on managing their people responsibilities and changing behaviours.
Extensive experience of negotiation, consultation and information within workplaces that formally recognise a trade union.
Working productively with, and building the skills of, non-union employee-based forums in the workplace.
Safer Recruitment within educational environments, in accordance with the Education (Independent School Standards) Regulations and Government guidance.
